Don Marshall has been with Lumina Learning since its launch in 2009. Don has been instrumental in developing, creating and programming educational applications for Lumina Learning for Canada. In April 2016, Don received a Lumina Award of Excellence for Leadership and Mastery, and in Brighton, England at the International Conference in July 2018, Don was presented with a Global Lumina Award for Development.
Don completed a 35 year career with the Halton District School Board. During that time, he held numerous positions within the Board at the classroom, school and system level. He was engaged in curriculum and instructional specialization in classroom assessment and evaluation methodologies, as well as the analysis and assessment of professional learning programs, system and school effectiveness and organizational effectiveness and leadership development. In addition, responsibilities included professional development training and facilitation for staff at school, district and provincial levels.
